PROJECT ENGINEER

Project Engineer

DRC Engineering, Inc., an employee-owned company, is seeking a full-time Project Engineer for our office in Anaheim Hills, CA or Riverside, CA with a minimum of 5 years of engineering experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to design components of a land development project including grading, utilities, hydrology, erosion control and water quality. Understand and implement the different water quality tier designations for the reviewing agencies permit.
• Experience in coordinating civil design aspects with planners, architects, landscape architects, geotechnical engineers, structural engineers and traffic engineers.
• Ability to manage design engineers and work under the supervision of a project manager.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare preliminary drawings, construction drawings and exhibits from start to finish.
• Must have reliable transportation as the candidate may be required to make in-person submittals and attend project meetings on behalf of the company and clients.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, or equivalent is required.
• E.I.T. Certification is required.
• P.E. is highly desired, but not required.
