Title Full-time Licensed Audiologist – ENT & Allergy Associates, Texas Responsibilities Establish rapport and gather patient history Conduct audiometric testing and counsel on hearing solutions Make diagnostic impressions, ear molds, and order fitting instruments Fit and adjust hearing aids, addressing any patient questions or problems Maintain accurate documentation and patient files; own assigned schedule to maximize patient outcomes Support and coach team members to achieve practice goals and generate opportunities Qualifications Master’s Degree in Audiology or Au.D. preferred; active and current hearing aid dispensing license required Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Team‑environment experience and professional patient interaction at all times Compensation & Benefits Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year plus lucrative bonus program Generous PTO (vacation, sick, personal days) and paid holidays Health, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k) with company match; licensing fee reimbursement Opportunities for continuous training, coaching, CEU’s, and clinical research Equal Opportunity Employer ENT & Allergy Associates is an E‑Verify employer and an equal opportunity employer.
