Director of Operations

Overview The Director of Operations at M-W Electric is a key executive role charged with overseeing and improving day-to-day operations across the organization. Your responsibility will lie in ensuring our business's efficiency by improving the quality of our services and products. You will work directly with cross-functional teams and senior management, formulating strategies that nurture innovation, improve operational efficiency, and sustain growth. Responsibilities Formulate strategic and operational objectives. Examine and reshape operational processes. Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget. Track operational objectives and report on the company's performance. Promote a culture of growth, cooperation and mutual teamwork among employees. Manage strategic relationships and partnerships with external partners. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines. Engage with the management team in setting company policies and strategic goals. Qualifications Proven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent position. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Strong knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines. In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics. BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus. Outstanding communication and people skills.
