Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address each patient's specific disabilities and functional impairments, fully utilizing our interdisciplinary resources.
• Regularly re-evaluate and adjust treatment strategies based on patient progress and response to therapy.
• Engage in clinical documentation and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, creating clear records of each patient's treatment and progress.
• Provide consultation and education to other healthcare providers about patient care protocols and strategies.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote health education and physical wellness.
• Supervise and support the development of assigned support staff and students, ensuring adherence to high standards of patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a physical therapist at Atrium Physical Therapy, you will serve a wide-ranging patient demographic, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain issues. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Avalid state license to practice Physical Therapy.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.

Preferred Experience
