About the Role:

Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our growing team in McLean, VA! Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Configure and customize Salesforce platform features including workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

Perform Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs

Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governor limits

Manage sandbox environments, deployments, and release management using tools like Salesforce DX or Change Sets

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks within the Salesforce ecosystem

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce

Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification preferred

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other core Salesforce products

Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms

Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and data management best practices

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
