Wellness Nurse (LPN) Per-Diem Part-time. Compensation: up to USD 36.00 per hour. Company Overview Monarch/Brandywine Senior Living. Shift options: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am. Position Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) leading the community's health and wellness, endorsing holistic wellness. Works under the supervising RN. Responsibilities and Duties Monitors the health, safety, and well‑being of all residents. Assists in training and monitoring medication administration. Supervises care staff per current state regulations and community policies. Maintains clinical quality assurance per federal, state, and local standards. Promotes service excellence and demonstrates the company mission. Conducts thorough resident assessments. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with current LPN license. At least 2 years’ experience with long‑term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital settings preferred. Experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s or related dementias. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of federal and state regulations and nursing practices applicable to health and wellness residents. Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new applications. Physical ability: stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands/arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, smell, lift or carry up to 50 lbs, and perform intermittent physical activity involving lifting and supporting residents.
