Manufacturing Associate IV

About This Role This role operates on a 2‑2‑3 schedule for Night Shift (6p.m.–6a.m.) in our Drug Product facility in Research Triangle Park (RTP). What You’ll Do Execute daily manufacturing activities, including operating process equipment and executing validation protocols per cGMP SOPs. Document and record all cGMP data & information (including deviations) for processing steps and equipment activities. Create and revise key documentation such as batch records, SLRs, and equipment logbooks. Assist in conducting in-process sampling and sampling analysis (pH, conductivity, protein concentration, osmolarity, cell counts, etc.). Help maintain a clean and safe work environment, focusing on audit readiness of process areas. Contribute as a team player and leader, showing up with energy and focus. Actively participate and lead in training and development initiatives for personal and team growth. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (STEM preferred) and at least 2 years of directly transferable experience, OR BioWork Certificate or Associate’s Degree with at least 2.5 years of directly transferable experience, OR High School Diploma (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of direct and/or military experience. Job Level: Entry Level. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $31.25–$40.87 per hour. Eligible for short‑term and long‑term incentives, including cash bonus and equity opportunities.
