About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team at ISR Information Products AG. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our flagship product, Buildsimple, a sophisticated AI-based software for intelligent document processing. Your responsibilities will include developing new features, optimizing existing systems, and ensuring the seamless integration of our SaaS platform within a cloud environment. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including machine learning specialists, you will contribute to creating scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technologies in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with proven experience in software development. You should have at least two years of professional experience working with Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript, and be familiar with agile methodologies and test-driven development practices. Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures, developing scalable cloud services, and managing databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or Elasticsearch is essential. Additionally, practical knowledge of DevOps principles, infrastructure automation, and Infrastructure as Code is highly desirable. Fluency in German (minimum C1) and good command of English (minimum B2) are required to effectively communicate within our international team. Responsibilities Driving the continuous development and enhancement of the Buildsimple platform for intelligent document processing. Designing and implementing new features for our SaaS application, leveraging AWS infrastructure, modern frameworks, and cloud architecture best practices. Optimizing software architecture, improving development workflows, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient deployment cycles. Translating technical requirements into robust solutions, including designing public and internal APIs. Engaging in backend development and system integrations using Java, Spring Boot, or full-stack development involving JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Material UI, depending on your expertise. Collaborating with the Machine Learning team to integrate AI models and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
