Opportunity to manage diverse, high-impact residential projects from start to finish Collaborative, tight-knit team environment with direct access to leadership Strong pipeline of local work with minimal travel required Emphasis on quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction over volume Ability to take ownership of projects and make a visible impact on outcomes Growth potential within a stable and reputable remodeling business Job Details Core Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of single-family remodeling projects from pre-construction through closeout Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications and building codes Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing consistent updates and managing expectations Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship Manage change orders, project documentation, and cost tracking Identify and proactively resolve project challenges to maintain schedule and budget Qualifications 3-7+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling project management Strong knowledge of single-family renovation processes (kitchens, baths, additions, etc.) Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong budgeting, scheduling, and organizational skills Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with project management software (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or similar is a plus) Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local job sites Preferred Background working with a design-build or residential remodeling firm Experience with high-end or custom home renovations OSHA or other safety certifications Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
