This isn't your typical caregiving position. You'll provide exceptional care to clients while also helping Caretech respond to new clients, priority coverage needs, hiring and community events, and occasional office projects.

What You'll Do

❤️ Provide Exceptional Client Care

• Deliver compassionate, dependable, hands-on care to clients in their homes
• Help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life
• Build positive relationships with clients and families
• Provide a professional and positive Caretech experience wherever you go

B e Our Go-To for Priority Care Needs

• Step in when urgent or last-minute coverage is needed
• Assist with newly starting clients and changing care needs
• Work with different clients throughout your assigned area
• Help ensure clients receive the dependable care they are counting on
• Communicate changes, concerns, and important client information to the Caretech office

Help Caretech Grow

• Attend local job fairs and hiring events
• Connect with potential applicants and share what makes Caretech a great place to work
• Assist with recruiting activities as needed
• Participate in community events and outreach opportunities
• Help Caretech build awareness and connections throughout the community

Pitch In at the Office

When client coverage needs are met, you may also help the Caretech team with administrative and office projects as needed, including:

• Assisting with general administrative tasks and special projects
• Helping prepare mailers, welcome packets, cards, or other materials
• Assisting with phone calls or follow-up projects
• Helping with office organization and preparation for events
• Supporting recruiting, onboarding, or other operational projects
• Jumping in wherever an extra set of hands can help the team

Client care and coverage remain the priority , with office and administrative work providing additional variety when field needs allow.

✅ What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using mobile apps, email, and basic office technology
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background screenings
• Ability to travel locally between client homes and attend hiring or community events
• Flexibility to assist with changing client, staffing, and operational needs
