Construction Services (Materials Testing) Project ManagerWe are seeking a Construction Services (Materials Testing) Project Manager to oversee geotechnical earthwork, special inspection, and construction materials testing projects. This role is responsible for managing project execution, coordinating with clients and project teams, overseeing field and laboratory operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.ResponsibilitiesManage construction and materials testing projectsManage project budgets and meet and interact with clients and design professionalsCoordinate and oversee all field activities, including field technicians and inspectorsVisit project sites to evaluate work being performedReview all project-related paperworkAssist in troubleshooting project-related issuesEducationB.S., B.A., or M.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field (preferred)Required Skills5+ years of construction materials testing and inspection experience2+ years of materials testing and inspection project management experienceDetail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in proposal preparation, including materials quantity take-offsDesired SkillsLocal experience and familiarity with local codes and practicesUnderstanding that this is not a general construction positionSalary range: $85,000-110,000/year, depending on qualificationsYour information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
