El Representante de Servicio al Cliente garantiza la satisfacción del cliente mediante un servicio eficaz, la construcción de relaciones sólidas y el apoyo a ventas. Este puesto interactúa directamente con los clientes que se presentan en el mostrador, coordina con los equipos de ventas, conductores y almacén, y brinda un servicio excepcional tanto en mostrador como por teléfono. El Representante de Servicio al Cliente en SRS Distribution, ubicado en Clackamas, Oregón, será responsable de diversas tareas, incluyendo la gestión de transacciones, el mantenimiento de relaciones B2B en la distribución de materiales de construcción y la provisión de apoyo en ventas y atención al cliente. El candidato ideal debe poseer fuertes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas, dominio de sistemas CRM y ERP, y un compromiso con el aprendizaje y el desarrollo continuo.
