This is a remote position. WFH| Part Time | 4 hrs/day (Mon-Fri) | CST (Central Standard Time) ENTRY LEVEL, No Experience Needed
Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Billing Specialist to support our growing healthcare operations. This role involves accurate data entry, managing billing information, and communicating with patients to collect any missing details. The ideal candidate has strong spreadsheet skills, excellent English communication, and a professional, friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update billing and patient data in spreadsheets and internal systems
- Review records to ensure completeness and identify missing or incorrect information
- Communicate with patients via phone or email to obtain required billing details
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records using Google Sheets and Excel
- Support general administrative and billing-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
- ENTRY LEVEL, No Experience Needed
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy
- Professional, pleasant, and patient-friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
