Job Description
The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of a retail store, managing a medium-sized team of 6-15 employees. Reporting directly to the District Manager, this role balances hands-on operational responsibilities with strategic growth initiatives to drive store success and ensure exemplary customer service and compliance.

Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor store staff to maintain high performance
Manage inventory to ensure stock availability and minimize shrinkage
Monitor sales and implement strategies to achieve targets
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve conflicts
Create and manage employee schedules for optimal coverage
Conduct staff training and development programs
Develop and control budgets to meet financial goals
Oversee visual merchandising to enhance store appeal
Generate regular reports on store performance and compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in retail management
Strong skills in retail management and inventory control
Proven ability in customer service and team leadership
Experience with sales analysis and performance monitoring
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Effective time management skills
