Prior experience with ownership and responsibility for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and productivity of manufacturing tools/processes is required. Experience with one or more of these platforms is highly desirable.Akrion SCP9400, Akrion GAMA, Screen WS-821L or similar style wet benchesSemitool Raider, SST, SAT or Screen Scrubber tracks model 80B/80EXKey Challenges* Identification and reduction of recurrent machine faults* Sourcing and installing new equipment* Reducing defectivity* Defining tool maintenance procedures* Training technicians and peers* Improving tool utilization and availability* Reducing cost* Reducing scrap* Supporting development activities* Developing and writing specifications* Implementation of Six-Sigma statistical process control methods* Capacity planning and modeling* Participating in and/or leading cross-functional and lean activity teams**Job Qualifications:*** Must have BS degree in engineering or a degree in relevant field of study.* 7-10 years’ experience in equipment engineering in a high-volume ***semiconductor*** manufacturing environment.* Previous experience in at least one or more of the following tools/processes preferred: Akrion SCP9400, Akrion GAMA, Screen WS-821L or similar style wet benches, Semitool Raider, SST, SAT or Screen Scrubber tracks model 80B/80EX.* Ability to generate, analyze, and interpret equipment performance data and produce a timely action plan to resolve recurring equipment failures.* Demonstrated presentation skills.
