As the Director of Admissions and Marketing , you will be responsible for leading the admissions and marketing efforts to drive growth and visibility for our organization. Located in Hopedale, OH, we are a company that is dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to our community. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive admissions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion
Lead a team of admissions and marketing professionals to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making
Develop and manage budgets to achieve marketing and admissions goals
Maintain a deep understanding of local healthcare trends, consumer needs, and competitor activity

Requirements:
2 years of experience in marketing, admissions, or a related field preferred
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
Proven track record of success in marketing and admissions, with a focus on driving growth and visibility
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
