As a Front of House Shift Lead, you'll help create a warm and memorable guest experience while supporting daily operations and team success.

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality from arrival to farewell
• Recommend delicious pastries, desserts, sandwiches, and café specialties
• Prepare espresso drinks, including cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, macchiatos, and more
• Make crepes and sandwiches with attention to quality and presentation
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Place end-of-day orders through online platforms
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and positively
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient café environment
• Lead shifts confidently and support the team during busy service periods
  

• Previous hospitality or food service experience
• Prior experience as a shift lead or team lead required
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Weekend and holiday availability is required
