What You'll Do

As a Front of House Shift Lead, you'll help create a warm and memorable guest experience while supporting daily operations and team success.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with genuine hospitality from arrival to farewell
Recommend delicious pastries, desserts, sandwiches, and café specialties
Prepare espresso drinks, including cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, macchiatos, and more
Make crepes and sandwiches with attention to quality and presentation
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Support opening and closing procedures
Place end-of-day orders through online platforms
Resolve customer concerns professionally and positively
Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient café environment
Lead shifts confidently and support the team during busy service periods

What We're Looking For

Previous hospitality or food service experience
Prior experience as a shift lead or team lead required
Strong communication and listening skills
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Strong attention to detail
Weekend and holiday availability is required
