Program Account Manager

Job Description

Tempaper & Co. is seeking a highly organized Program Account Manager to support account management and workflows across large retail programs.  Working cross-departmentally, the Program Account Manager will be responsible for implementing process improvements, managing program deliverables, and ensuring that timely deadlines and milestones are met. 

Account Management

\n
• Oversee and manage operational processes supporting large and strategic sales retail partners
\n
• Partner with sales leadership to ensure key accounts are managed efficiently and accurately
\n
• Develop and maintain processes for account setup, product sku setup, product information, pricing, reporting, and other account requirements
\n
• Manage cross-functional, cross-departmental communication between Sales, Art, Production, and Operations, to support major accounts
\n
• Social compliance and factory audits – schedule factory audits, complete necessary paperwork, and communicate with third party labs
\n
• Manage launch schedules and T&A timing. Help ensure customer and retailer requirements are clearly communicated and consistently executed
\n
• Attend regular meetings pertaining to account and program deliverables and contribute strategic topics to support account management  
\n

Processes & Systems

\n
• Own and continuously improve operational processes across Art, Sales, and related functions as it pertains to large retail programs
\n
• Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for automation, integration, and improved functionality
\n
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, timelines, and documentation to create greater consistency and accountability
\n
• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions that improve efficiency and reduce errors
\n
• Manage systems for tracking projects, deadlines, budgets, deliverables, and responsibilities
\n

Reporting & Analysis

\n
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into budgets, account activity, projects, and sku performance
\n
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
\n
• Prepare regular updates and recommendations for senior leadership
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 7+ years of experience working with large retail, wholesale, or strategic accounts in an operational, cross-departmental role.  Experience project managing Target and large retail programs a plus
\n
• Experience creating and managing operational processes
\n
• Strong understanding of business systems, workflows, and process improvements
\n
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
\n
• Knowledge of NetSuite preferred
\n
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with business systems, project management platforms, and reporting tools
\n
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
\n
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
\n
• Ability to travel domestically to support account management and line reviews as needed, twice annually
\n
