CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (full-time on site, Monday through Friday)

Job Summary:

As an account manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our clients throughout their debt restructuring journey. This role will involve welcoming new clients, providing guidance on program expectations, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date account information. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients, build strong relationships, and contribute to their financial success.

 

Responsibilities:

• Welcome new clients to the program and provide a comprehensive overview of the process and expectations of their debt-restructuring journey. This includes completing a scripted introductory phone call.
• Handle new and established accounts. Each representative manages approximately 100 accounts.
• Complete weekly check-in calls with seasoned accounts and build strong rapport ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Serve as the main point of contact with clients, and the liaison between clients and the law firm on retainer. This includes engaging with paralegals and negotiators as needed.
• Upload client calls and keep detailed, chronological notes following each interaction. File integrity is crucial, so organizational skills are a must.
• Utilize LeadTrac (CRM) to complete various tasks, including but not limited to: conducting weekly follow-up calls with clients, updating banking and payment information, adding tasks for the legal team.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific financial situations, gathering necessary information to initiate the debt restructuring process. You must be empathetic to their financial position.
• Keep clients informed about the progress of their debt restructuring, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Comprehend and accurately follow each department procedure for various situations.

 

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem solving skills are a bonus
