Personal Lines Account Manager

Performance Objectives- Drive Client Satisfaction: Maintain at least a 90% client retention rate by delivering exceptional service and personalized insurance advice.
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Consistently exceed quarterly sales goals by upselling existing clients on additional coverage solutions tailored to their evolving needs.
- Optimize Policy Renewals: Efficiently process and renew 100% of assigned accounts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and updated in a timely manner.
- Identify Cross-Selling Opportunities: Proactively assess client portfolios to introduce additional life, health, or business insurance solutions resulting in a minimum 25% increase in policy uptake.
- Nurture Client Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, building trust and loyalty through responsive, insightful communication strategies.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements, ensuring all documentation and processes meet the highest standards.

Essential Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, demonstrating a track record of successful client management.
- Proven proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on streamlined client communications.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with a culturally diverse client base.
- Ability to analyze complex insurance data to drive informed decision-making for client solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
