Job Title: Install Coordinator – Residential Construction & Home Services Location: On-Site Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $70,000–$100,000 base + performance-based upside About the Role We’re hiring an Install Coordinator to run high-volume residential HVAC installations. If you have experience as a Construction Project Manager or Coordinator in roofing, windows, siding, solar, or remodeling, this role will feel familiar—but faster-paced, highly accountable, and results-driven. You’ll own the schedule, dispatch crews, enforce process, and ensure every job closes cleanly with payment collected. Key Responsibilities Book and schedule residential installation jobs Dispatch multiple install crews daily Track job flow, delays, and completion in ServiceTitan and Slack Hold installers accountable to processes, timelines, and documentation Ensure no installer leaves a job without payment collected Coordinate materials, site readiness, and clean job close-out Perform customer call-aheads and ETA confirmations Solve day-of install issues quickly and professionally Compensation & Growth $70,000–$100,000 base salary Performance-based upside available Full-time, on-site role with potential growth into Install Operations leadership Why This Role This is not an administrative position—you are the hub for jobs, crews, and revenue .
