Schedule: 12.5-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), rotating weekends, 36 guaranteed hours per week, 13-week assignment

Highlights:

• Critical care environment with 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios in the ICU and 1:5 in Med/Surg
• 14-bed ICU unit with standard critical care equipment and vasopressor management
• Meditech electronic medical record system
• Every other weekend rotation; floating as needed per hospital policy
• Supportive, cohesive team environment with experienced clinical staff
• Acute care facility recognized for patient safety and quality outcomes

Requirements:

• Active Texas RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Experience with vasopressors and critical care procedures required
• Meditech experience strongly preferred
• Reliable attendance and professionalism essential
• Willingness to float to other units as needed per hospital policy
