This role participates in daily Contract Management operations and provides support to team members as needed./ph3Essential Job Functions Tasks:/h3ulliEnsure the integrity of provisioning system performance and deliver world-class enrollment, account management, and customer retention operations that exceed expectations./liliSupport all phases of the contract lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, and execution./liliAssist with daily operations related to provisioning services and contract approval processes./liliTake accountability for the timeliness, accuracy, and quality of mission-critical projects, processes, and outcomes./liliPerform other duties as assigned by management./li/ulh3Minimum Requirements:/h3pstrongEducation:/strong/pulliHigh School diploma or GED required./liliBachelors Degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred./li/ulpstrongExperience:/strong/pulliMinimum 1 year of contract management, operations, or relevant business experience preferred./li/ulh3Additional Requirements:/h3ulliAbility to learn energy/utility contracts and understand procurement/administration challenges./liliUnderstanding of back-office systems and processes; ability to adapt processes to achieve goals and drive improvement./liliExperience executing complex initiatives with high accuracy and attention to detail./liliFluency across multiple business functions; knowledge of budgeting and accounting procedures./liliStrong business acumen, conflict resolution, and delegation skills./liliProcess-driven mindset with emphasis on continuous improvement./liliHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities./liliDemonstrated teamwork and leadership ability./liliStrong analytical thinking skills and attention to detail./liliExcellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening, with ability to explain and interpret issues clearly./liliHigh energy, self-starter with ambition and drive./liliProficient in Microsoft Excel./liliSchedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM./liliMax Bill Rate: ***/li/ulh3About Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS):/h3pITS is an international recruiting and staffing firm specializing in Engineering, Technical, and Professional positions.
