As a Customer Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand inside retail environments, helping customers understand current promotions, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment or purchasing process. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and developing professional skills in sales, customer service, marketing promotions, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Assist in managing customer accounts by understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Deliver confident sales presentations that highlight features, benefits, and promotional offers
• Conduct upselling of products and services to existing clients to enhance account value.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
• One on one personal & professional development with management staff.
