Servicing broadcast studios, security operations, and data centers nationwide, their high end product line relies on sharp front office administration and precision freight logistics to keep operations running smoothly.

salary: $26 - $27 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Master Office Operations: Handle front-desk administrative duties, client communications, order entry, and daily office organization with efficiency and detail.
• Coordinate Shipping & Logistics: Prepare, schedule, and track outgoing shipments; manage bills of lading (BOLs), carrier schedules, freight quotes, and package tracking via UPS/FedEx/DHL and freight portals.
• Keep Operations Moving: Interface daily between internal production, inventory, and external vendors to ensure customer shipments depart accurately and on time.
• Document & Data Management: Maintain accurate digital filing systems, reconcile packing slips with purchase orders, and track active orders in our database/ERP system.
• Problem Solve On-the-Fly: Proactively address shipping delays, missing items, or logistics hurdles before they impact the client.
