ASCAP in New York seeks a Counsel or Senior Counsel to support BALA and Membership with drafting and negotiating songwriter and composer agreements, and related distributions. The role reports to the SVP and is positioned in the Business & Legal Affairs department, with a hybrid in-office requirement at ASCAP's New York headquarters. You will provide legal guidance across Repertory, Distribution, MIRS and GMS, assist with complex member transactions, estate matters, and contribute to strategic #J-18808-Ljbffr ASCAP
