Assistant General ManagerThe Assistant General Manager serves as the operational second-in-command, partnering closely with the General Manager to oversee the daily execution of the business while helping position the organization for continued growth. This individual will lead day-to-day operations, develop high-performing teams, drive operational improvements, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while preparing for increased leadership responsibility over time.Lead the day-to-day execution of business operations, ensuring efficiency and operational excellence.Partner with the General Manager to execute strategic priorities while assuming increasing ownership of daily operations.Coach, develop, and mentor employees while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Oversee operational reporting, business metrics, and performance tracking.Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Build strong partnerships across functional teams to support collaboration and execution.Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining exceptional service standards.Maintain a hands-on leadership presence by working alongside frontline teams and supporting operational execution.The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader with strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and a passion for developing people. They thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.Military officer experience strongly preferred; exceptional civilian operations leaders will also be considered.MBA or Master's degree preferred, or equivalent business leadership experience.Experience leading teams within operations, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, industrial services, or similar operational environments.Demonstrated experience with P&L management, budgeting, financial reporting, or operational performance metrics.Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve problems, improve processes, and operate with a high degree of autonomy.This is a full-time, onsite leadership position based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Assistant General Manager will spend significant time working directly with frontline teams while supporting business planning, operational reporting, and leadership initiatives. Limited travel may be required for company meetings and leadership development.
