An established independent compounding pharmacy in Arcadia/Phoenix, AZ is seeking a motivated pharmacist to lead daily operations with a long-term path toward ownership. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a managing pharmacist position with the potential to become a minority owner and grow that stake over time.

Location: Arcadia/Phoenix, AZ
Job Type: Contract to Hire (3-month initial assignment)
Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and manage staff including 1 compounding tech and 1 retail tech
• Oversee compounding practices, workflow efficiency, inventory control, and regulatory compliance
• Develop strong relationships with patients and local prescribers to drive business growth
• Manage operational performance to meet business goals
• Potentially serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active pharmacist license in Arizona or eligibility to obtain one
• Proven leadership and excellent communication skills
• Experience in compounding and independent pharmacy environments preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in future ownership
