Human Resources Associate

We are currently seeking a skilled human resources specialist who is passionate about recruiting, supporting, and developing talent through our company’s policies and managing procedures. Job Responsibility: Support HRIS implementation and ongoing HR system administration, with a focus on Rippling Assist with system setup, data migration, process documentation, testing, and workflow improvement Support employee training programs, training materials, and learning platform administration Support onboarding and offboarding, including coordination with IT and information security Provide backup support for recruiting activities, including interview coordination, resume review, and candidate communication Assist with company events, employee engagement activities, and other HR projects Maintain accurate employee records and provide flexible support across HR functions based on team and business needs Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English Experience in HR, HR Operations, HRIS, or a related role Experience with Rippling or other HRIS platforms strongly preferred Experience with HRIS implementation, training administration, or process improvement is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple HR functions Experience in biotechnology/life sciences or HR technology is preferred HR certification is a plus Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Health Reimbursement Accounts Life and AD&D Insurance Short & Long Term Disability Insurance 401K with Company Match Paid Time Off Paid Sick Days & Holidays BIOCYTOGEN is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
