DESCRIPTION

Reports to & works closely with the Director of Operations

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review resumes and pre-qualify new applicants for interviews 
  • Provide Application forms, and intake/process credentials & requirements that need to be completed before hiring & onboarding
  • Generate new applicant’s Background checks & License Verification
  • Schedule New Hire Orientation, file signed completion forms
  • Scan signed employee files to Payroll
  •  

Other HR duties:

  • Maintaining all employee files and documentation
  • Handling assorted HR-related issues and or bringing them to the attention of the Director of Operations
  • Enter information as needed  into the Time and Attendance system (Rehab Optima)
  • Generate bi-weekly reports for payroll
