Remote Sales - Base Salary + Commission *(Part-Time / Freelance / Remote | B2B Packaging Industry)*

Requirement Details：

• Experience： 3–5 years of international trade / B2B sales experience (packaging or coffee industry a plus)
• Language： Fluent in English (additional languages like Spanish, German, or Arabic a strong plus)
• Travel： Willing and able to conduct cross-border business travel as needed
• Self-discipline： Ability to work independently across time zones without daily supervision
• Communication：Responsive to emails and messages; able to provide weekly updates consistently
• Tools：Basic computer skills (email, WhatsApp/WeChat, Excel/Google Sheets)
• Location Preference： Southeast Asia, Europe, North America, Middle East – open to other regions

Reporting Requirements（汇报要求） Item Details Weekly Report Submit a brief progress report every week, including:

• Number of new leads contacted
• Client follow-up status
• Key feedback or market insights

Sharing Session Weekly online check-in (flexible timing) to share client updates and challenges ? Why this matters：Regular reporting helps us support you better and ensures we stay aligned despite the distance. Key Responsibilities：

• Identify and develop new B2B clients in your target market (coffee roasters, packaging distributors, food brands)
• Promote eco-friendly packaging products (especially coffee bags) to qualified buyers
• Conduct business travel when necessary to meet key clients or attend industry events
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and shipping details
• Coordinate with the China team for order execution and after-sales support
