What You'll Do

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on records and interviews with inmates
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans tailored to inmate needs
• Document all treatment and evaluation activities accurately in patient records
• Provide mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and assessments
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality mental health support
• Support inmates through appropriate interventions aligned with psychological best practices

What You Need

Required:

• Active CA LCSW or LPCC license
• US Citizenship
• Experience in mental health assessment and counseling
• Ability to perform all job duties at a professional pace

Preferred:

• Prior experience working in correctional or institutional settings
• Knowledge of psychological counseling techniques
