Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading organization dedicated to serving senior citizens, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the property management team supporting daily maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Oakland, CA

Pay Range: $27.00/hr

Shift: 8am - 4pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Oversee and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of assigned properties.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and unplanned events, demonstrating resourcefulness and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain indoor and outdoor environments.
• Assist in safety inspections and ensure compliance with property standards.
• Support the overall goal of providing a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents.
