Minimum 2 years of experience in tax due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-merger integration Experience in corporate tax, Big Law environment, or federal tax background with desire to move into M&A tax Proven experience planning and executing complex projects, including budget management and prioritization Experience supporting private equity, institutional investor, or corporate transactions Preferred Qualifications Background with Big 4 Transaction Tax, Big 4 M&A Tax, Big Law Tax, or a specialized M&A advisory firm Experience performing tax due diligence for acquisitions, restructurings, and investments Ability to identify tax risks, exposures, and structuring opportunities throughout the deal lifecycle Cross-border transaction experience is a plus CPA designation preferred but not required Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
