Key Responsibilities Design and implement ambitious business plans for each facility, collaborating closely with Surgery Center Administrators to ensure objectives are achieved and regularly reviewed at the board level. Develop and mentor future healthcare leaders by providing comprehensive training in HR, finance, and communications, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline and effective succession plans for all key roles. Proactively oversee physician equity and succession planning while enhancing partnerships with health systems through transparent communication and shared success. Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration preferred; equivalent experience considered. Minimum five years’ experience with exposure to healthcare business development & operations, finance, and business consulting. Demonstrated experience in developing growth strategies and a proven track record in people management skills. Excellent verbal, written and formal presentation communication skills; ability to work well with C‑level healthcare partners, physicians, employees, patients, and fellow workers. Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skills. Ability to effectively articulate financial results and respond to questions from hospital and physician partners. Strong mathematical aptitude to assist with financial budgeting, reporting and analysis. Experience with oversight of ORs/Surgical Services required. Travel Up to 75% travel required throughout the Northern California market. Selected candidates will be required to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Compensation Pay: $200,000–$330,000 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience. Position may be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%–50% depending on role level.
