Job Description

Support onsite operations for ground-up multifamily developments (70-80 units). Coordinate subcontractor activities, trade sequencing, and inspections. Assist with maintaining and updating project schedules (Microsoft Project or similar). Help enforce safety standards, site compliance, and quality control processes. Participate in site meetings and assist with reporting and documentation. Track punch list progress and support project close-out activities. Contribute to a collaborative, results-driven jobsite environment.

The Successful Applicant

2+ years of construction experience, preferably within multifamily or similar asset classes. Exposure to ground-up construction and onsite field operations. Familiarity with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project (or comparable tools). Strong ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage multiple trades simultaneously. Solid understanding of construction safety standards and quality control processes. High level of organization with strong attention to detail. Effective communication skills and a team-first attitude.
