Physical Therapist

Provides physical therapy services to patients referred. Includes assessment, treatment plan development, and implementation with follow-up and discharge planning. Actively assists with clinical aspects of the department, including program development and department operations. Supervises Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehabilitation Technicians, and Volunteers. Demonstrates adherence to performance improvement activities and departmental standards. Identifies and provides educational opportunities for self and department. Participates in research activities as appropriate. Promotes positive and professional relationships with medical staff and referral sources. Performs other related duties as directed.
