Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Help tell the story of Northern Utah's home building industry. The Northern Wasatch Home Builders Association (NWHBA) is looking for a creative, organized, and self-driven Marketing & Communications Coordinator to lead our marketing efforts and help showcase the incredible people, homes, and businesses that make up our industry. If you love creating engaging content, managing social media, and bringing events to life through storytelling, we'd love to meet you. Flexible Part-Time Schedule | Approximately 20–25 hours per week Responsibilities Manage and grow NWHBA's social media platforms Capture and create engaging photo, video, and written content Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva (Adobe experience is a plus) Write bi-weekly newsletters, emails, and member communications Update website content and promote upcoming events Highlight member businesses, sponsors, and community partnerships Coordinate photography, videography, and event promotion Assist with media outreach and press releases Track marketing performance and bring fresh ideas to the table Qualifications Excellent writing and communication skills Strong eye for design and branding Experience managing social media platforms Comfortable creating Reels and short‑form video Proficient with Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus) Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects Positive attitude and collaborative spirit Availability for occasional evenings and weekends during major events Additional Information #J-18808-Ljbffr
