Responsibilities Intake Coordinator Opportunity. For over 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary's proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers on-site detoxification and inpatient treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region and Metropolitan Phoenix. This role manages incoming referrals, coordinates assessments and admissions, completes required admission documentation, and collaborates with patients, families, providers, and community partners to support timely and appropriate placement. Qualifications Intake Coordinator Job Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age, without a professional licensure. High school diploma or GED required.
