Starting at $45k-$54k , you can quickly level up to $70k-$80k+ while scoring fully covered medical benefits and unlimited vacation.

What You'll Actually Do

Build the Squad: Recruit, schedule, and hype up your staff to keep energy high.
Run the Business: Oversee league sign-ups, handle customer requests, and manage day-to-day operations.
Own the Space: Keep the facility looking clean, safe, and ready for game day.

The Logistics

The Schedule: Built for night owls and weekend hustlers (Mon-Fri 4 PM-1 AM; Sat-Sun 6 AM-1 AM).
Your Background: Got experience in retail, hospitality, or campus leadership? You're already ahead.
The Fit: If you love sports, hold a degree (or equivalent), and are 18+, you're ready to apply.
