Our PCA positions service residents on our Greensburg, Murrysville and North Huntingdon Campuses .

Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team. As a PCA, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing personalized care and support.

Direct Care Worker (DCW) and Home Health Aide (HHA) Training Available! Get paid while you learn! Earn $300 for the DCW track and $500 for the HHA track. Complete both tracks and earn $650! This money goes directly to you. Candidates must first complete forty (40) hours of work to be eligible, and training must be completed on-site at the Greensburg facility within 30 days of hire.

What will I do as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)?:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at Redstone @ Home. In this role, you will provide essential care to seniors in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living such as:

• Personal Care: Bathing, grooming, dressing, incontinence care, and toileting assistance.
• Mobility: Assisting with transfers, walking, and positioning.
• Meal Preparation: Assisting with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Light Housekeeping: Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and errands.
• Medication Reminders: Assisting with medication reminders and administration (as directed).
• Companionship: Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License in good standing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
