Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain cold chain storage requirements for vaccine temperature stability"
- Document administration accurately in electronic health records (HER EPIC) and registry databases.
- Monitor patients post-vaccination for immediate adverse reactions or anaphylaxis.
- Screen patients for contraindications and health history before immunization.
Skills:

- BLS/CPR Certification (Basic Life Support) required.
- Active RN License in the state of practice required.
