You may work in roles such as: Packers / Case Packers – Pack and inspect finished products Line Leads – Help run the line and support the team Clean Room Operators – Work in controlled environments operating filling equipment Tray / Hand Fillers – Fill products to correct weight and specs Potato Unloaders – Move trays and materials (higher physical role) Ingredient Handlers / Prep – Weigh and stage ingredients Production Support – Rotate across lines assisting wherever needed Qualifications Work Environment Refrigerated facility (30–38°F) Fast-paced, team-based production Strict food safety standards (GMP) What You Need Ability to stand for 8–12 hours Lift up to 50–65 lbs Reliable and ready to work Manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required Compensation $17.38 - $21.88/hour About Sandridge Crafted Foods Take Pride in Your Work At Sandridge , the food we make ends up on tables across the country .
