The Successful Applicant A successful Plant Manager should have: BS in Engineering or related field 10+ years manufacturing experience 5+ years leadership/plant management Chemical or process industry experience preferred Strong leadership and problem-solving skills What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $155,000 annually.
