Experience working in a fast‑paced production environment is a plus. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow supervisor instructions. Physical Capabilities Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Must be capable of working in a production environment while following all safety guidelines. Loads exceeding 50 pounds will be moved by authorized forklift operators. Job Duties Assist production supervisors and team leads in daily manufacturing operations. Support mixing operations by retrieving and staging seasoning bags for large‑scale batch production. Assist mixers with ingredient preparation and production workflow. Work on the packaging line by removing finished products from the conveyor, packing products into boxes, and stacking boxes onto pallets for shipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
