Admin Assistant (Bilingual - Japanese) Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 06:00pm)

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in both English and Japanese, providing accurate information and timely resolutions.
• Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation for air, ocean, and domestic freight while ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.
• Maintain and update customer profiles, rates, and shipment tracking records, coordinating with carriers and internal departments.
• Support business operations including bookings, accounting, and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient communication, problem resolution, and a positive customer experience.

Admin Assistant (Bilingual - Japanese) Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 35 years of relevant experience in logistics or customer service required.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Japanese (written and verbal).
• Working knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and international shipping regulations.
• Proficient in data entry, document management, and basic accounting practices.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities with strong teamwork and problem solving skills.
