Required Skills & Experience
• \tDigital marketing professional with strong analytical skills\n•\tExperience acquiring users for a mobile app, subscription product, consumer platform, or digital product\n•\tDeep understanding of customer acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value\n•\tStrong knowledge of paid digital channels (PPC, paid social, display, affiliates, app acquisition)\n•\tExperience with CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, and customer segmentation\n•\tAbility to independently analyze user funnels and identify performance opportunities\n•\tComfortable working directly with data, dashboards, reporting, and campaign performance metrics\n•\tAble to answer questions such as:\no\tWhere are users coming from?\no\tWhich acquisition channels perform best?\no\tWhy are users dropping off?\no\tWhat behaviors drive retention?\no\tWhat audiences should we target differently?\n•\tSQL experience strongly preferred for self-service data analysis

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly analytical, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition, user engagement, and retention for a customer’s mobile subscription app. This is a junior-to-mid-level individual contributor role focused on identifying target audiences, optimizing acquisition channels, analyzing user behavior, and using data to improve conversion and lifetime value.
