Embrace Your Role as a Speech Pathologist Your impactful journey will include: * Evaluating, assessing, developing, and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. * Identifying issues and adjusting speech therapy treatments as necessary. * Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and responses to treatment. * Celebrating patient achievements along the way. Qualifications * Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations. * Successful completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). * CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. * A Master's degree is preferred, or a Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience.
