General Description Under minimum supervision, the 9920 Public Service Aide, Assistant to Professionals assists in the performance of a variety of duties related to the functions of the assigned departmental unit; carries out complex tasks on a limited basis in direct support of professional level personnel; may be responsible for researching and compiling data; assists in the preparation of related reports and documents; assists in the implementation of programs and assists in various administrative duties.
