Legal Intern

Responsibilities Legal research on licensing and patent infringement/enforcement issues Analyses of the patent litigation landscape and litigation preparation Assisting with license compliance matters Assisting business in understanding contractual requirements and applicable legal landscape Developing and implementing improved policies and processes for the legal department Qualifications Strong interest in patents and intellectual property law Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail Positive and professional attitude, including dependability and timeliness Ability to research legal and business issues and learn new concepts quickly Experience with online research tools, as well as Westlaw, Lexis/Nexis, and Bloomberg Eligibility Working toward a graduate law degree (JD or LLM) at an accredited law school with a strong academic record; recent graduates within 6 months of graduation are also eligible to apply. Must be available to work full‑time Monday–Friday for 6 months between September 2026 and December 2026. Start Dates September 21, 2026 (note: this date is not flexible). Compensation and Benefits The San Francisco/Bay Area base hourly range for this internship position is $55–$62 per hour.
